Waves of Burlesque Live

Waves of Burlesque bevat een vertoning van de gelijknamige documentaire, een nagesprek over erotiek en optredens van burlesque dansers. Het evenement vindt in het geheel in Studio/K plaats en heeft Engels als voertaal.

On the night of December 8, we will explore the meaning of burlesque in our current times, celebrating as well as challenging what this means to gender roles and sexual expression. We start with the premiere of Waves of Burlesque, a documentary about burlesque and the process of sexual liberation. This screening will be followed by a panel talk to discuss the importance of erotic expression. After a short break, performers will give an exclusive show to close the evening, inviting you to experience the power of burlesque yourself!
